Tempeh Bacon Hash 🥓
Crispy tempeh strips and roasted vegetables in a hearty breakfast hash.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 package tempeh, sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
