Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 lbs steak
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
