  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1.5 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan

    Slice the onions thin and cook in the butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring often, until deep golden brown, about 15 minutes.
