French Onion Beef Pasta 🧅

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp worcestershire
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1.5 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 0.25 cup grated parmesan

Slice the onions thin and cook in the butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring often, until deep golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Push the onions aside, add the ground beef, and brown, breaking it up, 6 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and dried thyme.

Add the pasta, beef stock, and worcestershire. Bring to a boil.
