  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment.

    Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
