Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 bag frozen fries
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Bake the frozen fries on a sheet pan at 425°F per the package, about 25 minutes, until extra crispy.
