Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup gruyere
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper
