  • 1 1/2 lbs sausage
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 rolls bread

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausages on all sides, about 6 minutes. Set aside.

    Cook the sliced bell peppers and onions in the same skillet for 6 minutes until softened and starting to brown.
