BBQ Baby Back Ribs 🍖
Fall-apart tender ribs with a sweet smoky rub and sticky sauce, no smoker required.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Flip the ribs bone side up and peel off the thin silvery membrane with a paper towel.

Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub it all over both sides of the ribs.

Wrap each rack tightly in foil, set on a baking sheet, and bake for 70 minutes until the meat pulls back from the bones.

Unwrap the ribs, drain the juices, and brush both sides generously with BBQ sauce.

Broil on high for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce bubbles and chars at the edges. Watch closely.

Rest 10 minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with extra sauce.
