Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tortillas
