Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

    Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onion until golden, about 5 minutes.
