Smartly Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of Endured, published by Smartly Labs LLC.

Endured

Marathon and race training app

The Short Version

Endured collects nothing. There are no accounts and no sign-in, we run no servers of our own, and we have no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. Your training plan, your logged runs and the GPS routes you record are stored on your device and are never uploaded to us. We cannot see them.

Information We Collect

None. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and we do not create a profile for you. The answers you give when you set up your plan — your race distance, experience, paces, available days and goal — are used on your device to build your plan and are saved on your device only.

Location

If you allow it, Endured uses your location while you are recording a run, so it can measure distance, pace and the route you ran. This happens entirely on your device and the route is saved on your device with the rest of your log. It is never sent to us.

Endured also uses Apple's WeatherKit to tell you whether conditions suit running outside. To return a forecast, Apple receives the approximate location the forecast is for. That exchange is between your device and Apple and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive nothing from it.

You can decline location access, or withdraw it later in iOS Settings. Endured still works: you can log runs by hand and use the treadmill guidance.

Notifications

Run reminders and trial reminders are scheduled locally by your device. We do not operate a push server and we do not send you anything.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells your device whether a subscription is active; we never see your name, payment method or Apple ID. Purchases are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

Health Data

Endured does not read from or write to Apple Health, and does not request access to it.

Children

Endured is not directed to children under 13, and because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect any from them.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain and nothing for you to request from us. Deleting the app deletes your plan, your runs and your routes with it. Reset your plan at any time from Settings inside the app.

Changes to This Policy

If Endured ever collects anything, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the effective date above will change with it.
