Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
Smartly Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of Anyrun, published by Smartly Labs LLC.
Anyrun
Marathon and race training app
The Short Version
Anyrun collects nothing. There are no accounts and no sign-in, we run no servers of our own, and we have no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. Your training plan, your logged runs and the GPS routes you record are stored on your device and are never uploaded to us. We cannot see them. If you use Anyrun on Apple Watch, the runs you record there are saved to Apple Health on your own devices; that health data never reaches us either.
Information We Collect
None. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and we do not create a profile for you. The answers you give when you set up your plan — your race distance, experience, paces, available days and goal — are used on your device to build your plan and are saved on your device only.
Location
If you allow it, Anyrun uses your location while you are recording a run, so it can measure distance, pace and the route you ran. This happens entirely on your device and the route is saved on your device with the rest of your log. It is never sent to us.
You can decline location access, or withdraw it later in iOS Settings. Anyrun still works: you can log runs by hand and use the treadmill guidance.
Notifications
Run reminders and trial reminders are scheduled locally by your device. We do not operate a push server and we do not send you anything.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells your device whether a subscription is active; we never see your name, payment method or Apple ID. Purchases are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
Apple Watch and Health Data
The Anyrun app for Apple Watch records running workouts using Apple's HealthKit. With your permission, it reads your heart rate, running distance and active energy while a run is in progress, so it can show them on your wrist, and it saves the finished workout to Apple Health.
When you save a run on your watch, its date, distance, duration and whether it was indoors are passed to the Anyrun app on your paired iPhone using Apple's WatchConnectivity, so the run can be logged against your plan. This happens directly between your own devices.
Health data stays on your devices and in Apple Health. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, never used for advertising or marketing, and never sold or shared. You can review or withdraw Anyrun's access at any time in the Health app on your iPhone (Profile → Apps → Anyrun) or in Settings → Health on your watch. The iPhone app itself does not request access to Apple Health.
Children
Anyrun is not directed to children under 13, and because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect any from them.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain and nothing for you to request from us. Deleting the app deletes your plan, your runs and your routes with it. Reset your plan at any time from Settings inside the app. Workouts that the watch app saved to Apple Health stay in Apple Health until you delete them there.
Changes to This Policy
If Anyrun ever collects anything, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the effective date above will change with it.
